Minivan mama

We did it- we joined the ranks of the suburban soccer mom's and bought a minivan! I guess this is a bigger deal to some (not the most manly of vehicles) but I think Aaron and I are so ecstatic to have room for a stroller AND groceries that we actually ate dinner in the darn thing the first night we had it :) I should clarify - we stopped for dinner Saturday night after a long day at the dealership, and since we don't go out much, we were shocked when they told us it would be an 1 1/2 hour wait - for food - with a toddler - no thanks! So we got carry out, put down the "stow and go" seats, and ate in the car. Love it! If Elliot starts soccer in the fall (I've heard they have 2 yr old soccer) I can officially be a soccer mom ...hee hee.

**Oh - it makes more sense if you knew we were 2hrs from home when we stopped for dinner :) Otherwise, yes we would have taken the carry out home!
