So our little Abbie is Eight months old already, and it's really interesting to see what type of person she's becoming. It's common to categorize personalities based on certain attributes, and so after a bit of research, I've discovered that Abbie is a Type A gabbamonkeydroolyshygrinnatootamist. She is a constant talker, always going on about the state of mamama and the bahbah-ahs. She loves being carried around so that she can grab things and try to stick them in my mouth. It's hard to say no to that cute, little face, even if she's trying to share her super-slobbery paci with me. Unfortunately, her mother nor I can get as much laughter out of her as her brother. That is of course when he's not trying to share the joys of long jumping across the living room floor from the couch or the chair. So we are happy to celebrate the fact that she's survived the first 8 months in our crazy little house, and we are looking forward to the next 17 years.

30 days left until she starts sprinting. It will be interesting to watch how mom keeps up. In a couple years she'll be able to enroll her in some sort of insane toddler exercise activity to tire her out. Until then, mom will have to stay on her toes. This is much more fun as a spectator sport.
