Super Sunday
We're getting ready to watch the Superbowl with friends, and cheer for the cardinals, because no one likes the steelers :) Abbie celebrated her 5 months of life this week with adding to her repertoire of movements. She is bound and determined to get places and is now up on all fours scooting backwards a bit. Yesterday she tried to pull herself up on the laundry basket and let out a frustrated scream of defeat when she failed - her new favorite sound. Everyone still comments on the amount of hair she has, but the new favorite comment is on her chunkiness - I'm not sure if she is growing taller, but she's packing on the pounds - evidenced by the 4 rolls on her arms, and thunder thighs :) She's also loving her jumperoo and her and Elliot like to jump together. Elliot is singing to us now - his favorites being the Thomas theme song and Pop goes the Weasel. Dinosaurs are very popular and he is making up his own names for them like...peekadoo, except for T-rex, which he brings out and says "He's a meat eater!"

looks like Abbie wants to do everything Elliot does. Have you had the bouncy house ( as opposed to the bouncy seat) out lately?
Wow, we are really impressed. Finn says Abbie is making him look bad. Just kidding. These are great photos. Love them all.
She's definitely a bit of a chunk, but that will disappear with her increased activity. In 20 years, she won't believe it's her in the pics.

I really like the Dino picture. Looks like Elliot is trying to copy Ab's hairstyle. Also Ab's would look very cute in a panda suit. Do you think you can do this for me?
Look at those rolls. I think Abbie is rivaling me for the fastest baby award. Too cute.
